What is the warranty?
Answer: According to different lamps, a 5-7 year warranty is provided.


What is the payment term?
Answer: For sample orders, we can accept 100% in advance by T/T, Paypal, or West Union, For bulk orders, 30% deposit in advance by T/T, 70% balance before shipping. For very big orders and some countries, L/C is negotiable.


Can I add my logo to the product label?
Answer: Yes.


I don't know how many LED Street lights should I use, can you help to advise?
Answer: Yes, our engineer team can help to offer a professional solution for you, IES file is also available to your engineer.



We don't know how to install it, can you help?
Answer: We offer both online and on-site installation instructions and testing. Please check with us so we can arrange in advance to better support your project.


How to deal with the faulty?
Answer: Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate < 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will send out a new replacement to you immediately for you to solve the problem.
